Buffet at SPICE BRASSERIE at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road

Hey all! It's food time again!

Last week I was invited for a food session with SPICE BRASSERIE at PARKROYAL On Kitchener Road ^_^.

They have on-board with them a new Executive Chef Frederick Kho who brings in more than 20 years of his culinary experience into Spice Brasserie! With his appointment, Chef Frederick has now unveiled a series of delectable buffets at Spice Brasserie, the hotel's all-day dining restaurant! Am I lucky or what to have this honor to dine in Spice Brasserie?! ^_^

PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road presents Singapore at its colourful, cosmopolitan best. They have the best local Asian selection of culinary delights ranging from delicious Penang hawker fare to fresh seafood and crab prepared in ten different styles.

First lets tuck into their Penang Affair buffet with me! With our all time favourites such as Assam Laksa, Penang Prawn Mee, Char Kway Teow, Oyster Omelette and Penang Rojak!

Penang affair with Spice Brasserie will be available from Monday all the way till Thursdays both lunch and dinner! ^_^

I am so in love with the Assam Laksa & Char Kway Teow! Spice Brasserie definitely does make me feel like I am in Penang. The others are just as nice too ,as for the Oyster Omelette, I don't eat Oyster so I ate all the omelette instead! Hahaha! :P I know you guys are going to say that I am missing out all the good stuff for being so picky on seafood. YeYe~ Ikr. hahaha. :3

I love watching them in action, whipping up the dishes in the most professional way ever. We call it the live station where everything is cook live right in-front of you! ^_^

Add your own extra ingredients or I call it decorating your bowl of food. ^_^

Of course not missing out people who love crabs! Crab lovers will definitely go crazy on Friday nights because they can enjoy endless servings of crab dishes which are freshly prepared in ten different styles, ranging from Chilli Crab, Kam Heong* Crab, Golden Cheese Crab, Nyonya Chilli Crab, Sarawak Black Pepper Crab, Masala Crab, Salted Egg Yolk (MY FAVOURITE!), Steamed Ginger Crab, Ginger & Scallion Crab and Braised Crab with Glass Noodles.

The flavours highlighted are the must-tries. The sauces are meticulously prepared from scratch and the mud crabs are steamed to preserve their original juiciness and sweetness.

Plus they serve all crab fresh cooked! They only cook the crab when the trays are empty! Even though it might take a while to get refill, it's good in a way so that customers can enjoy the best quality.

They also have Seasonal Seafood for their buffet theme on Saturday evening where they serve lip-smacking line-up of fresh seafood such as Boston Lobster, Mussels, Tiger Prawns and Scallops, alongside live stations!

Spice Brasserie is an all-rounded buffet restaurant as they also offer International Buffet. Their International buffet includes authentic Chinese, Indian, Japanese and local cuisine, served alongside a smorgasbord of Western culinary favorites.

Cherie Fantasy: Ma Cherie x Majolica Majorca

I was kindly invited to attend a media event last Thursday for Majolica Majorca Fantastic Fantasy Chapter 38 Launch and Ma Cherie Autumn Launch 2013! Thank you for the invitation! 

I was greeted with a cute "bath tub" at the door. ^_^

I came in and saw lots of exciting stuff. Looks like fun uhhh!

A little about MA CHERIE!

Ma Cherie was launched in 2012 in Singapore and currently offers both in-bath and out-of-bath products. The core ingredient of Champagne Honey Gelee allows females to experience a sweet and romantic fragrance while pampering their hair which sweetens the lives of girls everywhere. 

This fall, Ma Cherie welcomes the addition of a treatment and styling range, with a total of 6 new items to be introduced. The new offerings contain treatment and styling products catered to a variety of different hair types. The pink and floral designs on the containers hint at the romantic fruity fragrance signature to Ma Cherie products. The new range will be available at selected Watsons stores from 22 August onwards, with the price ranging from $16.90 - $17.90.

I've got a Hair Gelee Mist (Silky Straight)! ^_^

Now I can achieves airy soft and smooth straight hair! *Happy Girl*

What is Hair Gelee Mist (Silky Straight)? Some of you might not have heard of it yet so here it's!

Hair Gelee Mist (Silky straight) gives you airy soft and straight hair that is silky smooth to the touch.

♥ It contains Champagne Honey Gelee!

♥ It protects your hair from hair dryer heat and static!

♥ And it has a romantic fruity fragrance!

How to use

♥ For first time usage, push the pump several times until mist comes out

♥ Hold the spray nozzle 5-10 cm away from lifted hair. Rub the mist into hair and style using hands

♥ Shake well if it doesn't comes out as mist.

Hair Gelee Mist come in other type that suits different hair condition such as the Airy Mush which makes your hair airy soft and voluminous from the roots.

There's also a corner where you can try out the products on your hair!

During the event, a short presentation and demonstration were given to us to further better understand the products and brands. (Majolica Majorca and Ma Cherie)

Styling using the latest Ma Cherie products were also showcased on 2 bloggers!

Well I'm sure some of you would have heard of Majolica Majorca before. In fact I am using their Mascara like ages since because it's really really good. And now they've got a new range of products that have got me really interested.

Majolica Majorca had launched their new collection titled "Fantastic Fantasy" taking into consideration of the Autumn 2013 Fashion & Makeup Trend. 

Fashion trend consists of rich and fun colours associated with ‘baroque’ theme, as well as folklore-inspired fashion which is represented by exquisite embroidery and unique prints. With that said, Makeup trend for this season emphasizes on the corner and width of the eyes to emulate a ‘cat-eye effect’. By its name, I am sure you can tell how cute it is. Of course what you see above is a bigger toy version of The Little Humming Book III.

Well if you are wondering what is The Little Humming Book III, it's a limited edition makeup palette that put a bright and lush colour to lips which excites and whimsically sparkles to the eyes. ♥_♥

Some of the activities and games we took part are super exciting-- it's like a crossword puzzle game and there's time limitation which adds on to the excitement. lol.

Seriously solving and trying to be the fastest and the one with the most words completed.

The end result... hahahahahaa! Not fast enough to complete everything! >.< 

I met some friends there at the event too! However I didn't get to take pictures with some others. Nevertheless I am still super happy to see them!
