[Food Review] Onaka Restaurant & Wine Bar

ONAKA is short for Optimum Nutrition And Kitchen Arts.
Started in 2008 with the concept to nuture family and friends with the best, nutritionally balanced and delicious wholesome food in a world that has gone artificial and highly processed. The restaurant's specialty is Conscious Cuisine, a merging of Asian Culinary cultures and traditions with modern Western influence, using only wholesome and selective organic ingredients.

SO who says healthy and nutritious food are only available tasteless and plain?

ONAKA Restaurant & Wine Bar just proved you wrong with tasty yet healthy & nutritious cuisine for all.

"Eat Consiously; Live Mindfully"
NO artificial additives
NO chemicals
NO colorings
NO flavourings
NO MSG
NO trans-fats

About 50% of the menu is Vegetarian with special focus on Low Glycemic, Gluten Free & Vegan options.
NO Pork and lard is served at the restaurant too.

Here's some of the restaurant's signature dishes which I am honored to have it in my mouth and stomach. LOL.

Shooters & Dips : Asian Hummus

Omega Soy Smoothies

Bread Basket

Pure Olive Oil and Vinegar sauce used to dip the bread in!
It tasted great! Especially the bread! ♥

Cold Appetizer: Water Melon Sashimi

Ok. This is not real Sashimi so it's ok for me because I don't like REAL Sashimi. lol
But...if you eat it with the green seaweed, it taste like one real Sashimi which is Ewww!
The sea smell...omg.

I know many people love Sashimi and I don't know why. But never mind bout that. lol
The one here is actually compressed watermelon, and it feels like Sashimi when you eat it, Slimy and stuff.
They have this sauce for you to dip in which makes it taste extra delicious!

Tofu Avo

I LOVE THE TOFU! ♥
You should really go try it.

Hot Appetizer: Mushroom Tea

Interesting ya, mushroom tea. I love mushroom, so when I heard the name of it, my entire face lite up. LOL
The way that it's being prepared is like....I have never come across before.

I only know that it tastes super awesome.

Noodles & Grains : Roasted Mushroom Soba

Oh manx, SOBA!!! ♥♥♥

Organic Pineapple Fried Rice with Quinoa

Hot and Sour Prawns Rice Noodles

Meat & Seafood: Duck Pancake

 Pumpkin Seabass

Pear and Salmon

And you are suppose to mixed them up like this.
