MEDZ Asian Cuisine

Few weeks ago, I made my way to MEDZ at Millenia Walk to try out their Asian Cuisine. It's a really late post due to my busy schedules but nevertheless here it is.

Starting from July, MEDZS @ Millenia Walk is completing their global dining experience with the addition of an Asian kitchen!  

We started off with their Melon juice which is infused with Earl Grey tea.

My sister had the Peppermint tea. Having taking a sip of the peppermint tea, I would prefer the Melon tea because it's sweeter!

Japanese Crispy Salmon Skin Salad at $8.90. 

This is our appetizer of the night; enticing and crunchy salmon skin. There is also a superior broth at the side which is for you to dip your salmon skin inside. 

Chef's recommendation - Wok Fried Chilli Flower Crab

Local delight! Yummy yummy!

The crab is awesome, spicy level is a little too strong for me, but who cares :P.

When it comes to chilli crab, we just eat!

Braised Tiger Prawn in Superior Broth and Pumpkin at $23.90.

We love the big and juicy prawns which were really fresh! The superior broth with pumpkin was a hit as well.

Chef's recommendation - Seafood Goreng

I don't take spiciness....but this is super spicy for me and I am really lazy to peel the prawn that day.

However, good tasting mussels. :D

Roasted Crispy Chicken Set at $9.90

It also comes with a salad tossed with Japanese sesame and soup of the day, which was watercress soup. 

Soy Braised Beef Basket at $9.90.

It's really tasty and I am usually very picky with how the way the beef on my plate is cook. But this surprisingly taste great. (On a side note: I thought it looks pretty much like faeces.)

We went on and order other good food MEDZ has. 

Do you know that yellow tiny little thing is actually a form of rice? 

It tastes better than plain rice actually. 

'Kampung style' Seafood Fried Rice at $9.90. 

I am a Carbonara lover! <3 p="">

Well, starting from now, the food below aren't asian food, they are some favourites from MEDZ featured!

Truffle fries 7/10.

My favourite truffle fries still rank 10/10 at my work place.

 Churros is good as well.

They do also offer set meal at the costs of just $9.90.

Part 4, and my skin had less to nothing to squeeze during my previous visit to SPA-Lon on a Friday.

Here's the previous 2 visits with the same treatments given; Mirco-peeling, Photo Rejuvenating, masking and extractions.

The before on 22nd July!

Basically the next few visits is to get those remaining black heads out and make sure the face oil sebum produced is stable.

I've got to admit that my face have became so much better after all the visits to SPA-Lon.

Below is the before and after comparison for my visit to SPA-Lon on the 22nd July!

Pauline did a little more squeezing today as some of the leftover black heads had finally surfaced and were ready for removal. Thus my face looks a little redder as compare to the previous visit to SPA-Lon or rather the before picture.

My visit to SPA-Lon on the 31st July and the 9th visit. - It had been about a months now visiting SPA-Lon every week.

This time, Pauline didn't do any extractions as it's not needed. Yay-nesssssss!

Just purely enjoying the face washing, little massage and the SPA-Lon's ATP38 treatments, Mirco-Peeling and Photo Rejuvenating respectively.

Don't you find my face so much better? :D

The first few visits was super intense and I am glad that my skin shows so much improvement.

I was told by Pauline that my face have been cleared from black heads and if I continue to take good care of my face, there shouldn't be any problem anymore.

The only problem here is, we are living in such a sunny and most of the time humid island, so oil seeds are really hard to avoid. 

Solution to that? Well...the only thing I can think of is... always remember to remove my make up properly and make sure that nothing is left on the skin. 

We probably do need some light exfoliation, black head/oil seeds strips treatment and masking weekly on our own. The SPA-Lon's ATP-38 Mirco-Peeling is really good at removing those little impurities though.

Moving on, I am going to show you the pictures of my face for the 10th visit to SPA-Lon on the 8th AUGUST, National Day EVE!!!

Oookk. Ehem. 

So here's my face right after my visit to SPA-Lon on 8th August before the next 4 healing days.

Well, I don't have the "before I head to SPA-Lon" pictures because I am basically in make up right after my morning stage shows. I think there's no point taking a picture of myself in make up right. lol. 

Yea right.. SO.

Here's what happened to my face after 4 days of healing process.

(Basically nothing happen, my face just healed itself.)

Now the only thing I want to get rid off my face, are those scars and marks that had been there ages before I even go to SPA-Lon. It's really important to go to the right beautician for facial!

There is no pimple at all, all those red marks are left over scars from previous facial salon I've been to try in the past.

I have taken a picture today with my face at current condition right below...

After all the ATP-38 treatments from SPA-Lon; Photo Rejuvenation Treatment and Mirco-Peeling treatment respectively, my face indeed became brighter and it's definitely less dull.

Now let's compare the initial first visit after pictures with the freshly taken pictures.

...and the picture taken before my 1st visit to SPA-Lon and now...

Huge differences. No edits, nothing.

I personally agree that my face improved a lot within these 1 and a half months of visits to SPA-Lon and I really want to thank Mag for introducing me to SPA-Lon and having Pauline to treat my face. 

On a side note:

I probably had stated in the previous post, but I shall write here again for the benefits of others who wants to know what package I am under. 

Every outlet at The SPA-Lon does customised packages for ATP-38 treatments according to each individual needs.
