YAY! Happy Birthday FRANK! 

FRANK by OCBC turns 3! :D

Thank you for inviting me to be part of the birthday bash, we had lots of fun!

They had photo booth and interesting props prepared for everyone to take fun pictures!

I have been planning to get another bank account aside from my original bank account as a savings account way before. 

Well, this was actually a plan between me and my ex-boyfriend, we came out the idea and decided to save for our future, our vocation, our dream and everything together. We planned to travel to different countries together and hopefully an overseas trip together soon, but since it didn't manage to come true before our relationship ended just few weeks ago, I am doing it myself then! :D

I planned to get a Frank account and just so happens I was invited to their birthday bash! 

Exactly what I am looking for... FRANK THOUGHTS TO LIVE MY DREAM.

I signed up an account with them during the birthday bash event immediately when I knew I don't have to pay for the card designs like I should if I sign up on a regular day. :P They were giving us free card designs on the actual day of the event when we signed up! YAY! 

On regular days the card designs range from $10-$20 each, and it's a must anyway to have a card design.

In addition, I am still below the age of 26 years old :P. I don't have to maintain a minimum amount of $1000 in the bank account for at least another year. I believe I will have more than $1000 of savings by the end of a year, if not I think I can just kill myself or strangle myself.

So now I am looking at saving! Even before I started saving, I am already thinking about how to amplify my wealth. LOL. You know I always had this mindset that in future, I don't want to work for anybody! I don't want a regular rice bowl job. I really think I can do it and I want it.

By the way off topic a little...this is the service counter and below are some of the card designs available.

People started when they were in their youth at the right place and with the right guidance. I don't have that privilege. I don't know where all my mooolah & ang bao went to anyway and I am neither rich to begin with to have extra moolah to save most of the time. By the way moolah means money, a lingo I picked up from my ex-boyfriend, other than his good english. hahahahaha!

Well I only remember I had a dollar to eat at recess in the past thats all. I only started earning my own pocket money and stop taking moolah from dad (my mum doesn't give moolah) at the age of 15 year old.

To be honest, I am only starting now and it is not too late to start doing it. :)

I was also told that the interest rate at FRANK is higher. Which means it's more worth it to place my money with them. Interest rate is between 0.2% p.a. to 0.4% p.a. I really wish most of the time is 0.4% hahahaha! 

But anyway, it's really brilliant for FRANK to come out with this idea. This is exactly what I have been thinking. 

So basically FRANK does almost everything for you. 

I am excited to get my FRANK card and start using their dream savings jar at their online banking website.

Inspirational talks were also given by people who conquered Mount. Everest and I met the Co-Founder of Kith Cafe too! I love Kith Cafe!

AND the most amazing thing is FRANK gave everyone a luggage each! It's their limited edition luggage! OH MY OH MY! 

It was a huge surprise! They totally pampered us!

And also a complimentary Starbuck card with moolah inside :P.

Bugis Food Junction: Toast Junction

My happy face when I see food! HAHAHA!

Last week I was invited to the opening of  the newly revamped Bugis Food Junction and their new Toast Junction.

Boasting a renewed clean-cut look, the new Food Junction has also adopted the concept of an art market, endeavouring to be the first food hub that promotes good food, comfort and the appreciation of art in perfect unison. 

Toast Junction serves memorable nostalgic delights.

Boasting a wide range of local favourites, the new food court is now home to popular nostalgic brands such as Odeon Beef Noodles, Koo Kee Yong Tau Foo and the famous Capitol Puay Heng Minced Meat Noodles. 

We were served with their feature floats as well.

Here are some of the memorable local delights available at Toast Junction which many of us love.

I heard that all the famous food stall are being gathered here at Toast Junction (Bugis Junction, Food Junction)! One stop for all good food!

Bugis Food Junction also aims to be the new joint for trendy and healthy desserts. It has brought in new kid on the block, Yogurberry, the Korean branded yoghurt. Made with natural fruit sugars, Yogurberry is famous amongst Hollywood celebrities. A new kiosk serving ice creams, sundaes, slush and floats has also been introduced to heighten the sweet sensation.
