Earlier last week, I received the Automatic Beauty Eye Tape from Automatic Beauty.
Personally I don't use eye tape as I do have slight double eye lid naturally, and furthermore I am too lazy to learn how to use one hahaha!
But here're the products and I shall try to make my double eyelid bigger.
Two different types of Automatic Beauty Eye Tape came into my mailbox;
The Single Eye Tape and Natural Eye Tape.
The single eye tape is basically firmer than the natural eye tape. It definitely brings out the new eye lid better in my case because it's harder in material.
It's transparent in color, non-glossy and it sinks firmly into the crease line.
There is also a shaping stick included in the package for easy peel and stick. You also don't have to worry about not being able to peel out the eye tapes from the paper holding it because there is this easy-peel cut line provided at the edge.
So how do you put on the single eye tape?
So here's my half awake eye with no make up.
Emphasising on the no make up part, because the eye tape blended in quite well even without make up, imagine I had make up on? I think nobody can tell if I had eye tape on or not. lol.
As per the steps above, I find the height of the desire crease and paste the eye tape as accurately as I can, because it best not to remove and paste again for better effect.
After then I use the shaping stick to push it in and make sure the eye tape sink into the crease when my eye is open.
Remember to push properly in case you create too many lines on your eye lid. lol.
And tadah! It's slightly bigger than my normal eye lid. So if you want more eye lid, you can try to increase the height of where you want that crease to appear. hahaha!
My skill is not perfect yet but I think with more practice it will get better. :P
You can also try using the natural eye tape for a even natural look of course.
It's comes in skin beige/natural skin tone, translucent and made of soft fabric therefore it doesn't irritate the skin.
It's not as firm in material as compare to the single eye tape.
Personally I prefer the single eye tape because I do have quite a stubborn eye lid, so I definitely need something that can really hold the crease while I open my eyes. :P
Both the Automatic Beauty Eye Tapes (Single & Natural) are selling at local store at SGD$19.90 only for a total of 80 strips. I think it's super worth it because it also comes in a cute container box and a shaping stick as well. With 80 strips I think it should last quite long.
P.S: Pardon for lousy picture quality, all taken with iphone 5, because my camera is on MC until next week. :)
