My 23rd Birthday

Yes and another year for me had passed.
I am 23 year old this year! How time actually passed like that!

My actual birthday did went well actually after some rants in my twitter in the morning.
Well, who would ever want their family to not bother about their birthday right? I am 23 and I shouldn't waste it by sitting at home or working doing nothing on this special day.

So after all the much ranting and angsty moments.
Things started to get better. I guessed it's the LOA thingy that some of us might be aware of.

If you really want something so much and even dreamed of it in your sleep, most probably that's coming true. In my dream, everything is real and I have recieved what I wanted.

I have decided that I should spend my important day with my family.
Here's a fact  about me that you might not know.
I am really quite a homey and family kind of person. I do care and is concern about how my family's doing.

Wow ok. I talk like a mother or a father. Gosh....
Let's go. Let's see what I had done on my actual birthday.

OH! I definitely had a hard time deciding where I should celebrate my birthday and where the hell is trhis place call special for a birthday celebration because Singapore is like....Nothing much interesting ah.

But like wise, who you celebrate with is the key.

Under the recommendation and suggestion from my elder sister, Bingyi. We ended up in the Chinese cuisine restaurant. Mayim for lunch. By right, sister wanted Crystal Jade, but due to the lack of direction and information where Crystal Jade is located at Northpoint Mall, we wouldn't there.

But nevertheless, the food there is awesome too!

I love the fried flower crab!

I drank Pu Er Cha because it's good for the gastric.
With so many food, drinking it will be the most suitable to smooth that bloatedness.

And then here comes the hard part in deciding where to go next.
Well. Since I love singing so much, KBOX was the choice.
We headed to AMK BP Mall KBox to sing our lungs out. :)

Sis were all having so much fun. Like crazy.
In the speed of light, evening time liao. My god...
So fast half the day is gone -.-.

We headed to Pepper Lunch for our dinner before our movie later.

Pepper Lunch as usual, delicious!

OHHH.
And my flavourite ice cream flavor - Sesame.

We watched STEP UP REVOLUTION!
They are so freaking cool! It's a must watch movie!

Well every STEP UP movie always ends with a love story. They should change the ending abit. Didn't you realise it always ends with someone with someone kissing???

Mayb I am just jealous.
HAHA!
Totally joking!

And so simple as that, my day ended at a good note.

I would love to thanks everyone who wishes me Happy Birthday whether is it on Facebook, PMs, SMS, Whatsapp, Wechat, Twitter, Instagram, cards or a call. I am really happy and your wishes are well recieved! :D

Lastly, apart from Antoinette's cake bought by sister. I would like to thanks Sandy for this wonderful delicious Oreo Cheesecake!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
Bye.

The Photoshoot ˘⌣˘

(Cropped from original photo)

Hello   안녕하세요 !

I have always wanted to update my pictures since like last year. I wanted normal, simple, clean & clear looking pictures good enough for my CV/Resume, for Facebook or even for presentation.

What I mean normal is as above.

You know some pictures from photoshoot are so super abnormal....
.
.
.
I have been looking around for photographer who can take the shot. I have tried a few, and it was bad.
You know the kind of feeling when you brought heavy bags of clothes and work hard with the poses and smile. When the final product comes out, it suck and you feel disappointed. :(

Bad photos are pictures that you don't even want to show it to your friends or put up on websites. I am sure some of you might have experience that.

AND I AM SO RELIEVED!
Thanks HP (Hong Peng a.k.a Hpility) for introducing me, a photographer, Luis (Tay Kaizhi) from Hotsource Production (@ Kallang Leisure Park #02-25 ).

I haven't been doing photoshoots for a very long time. Maybe close to more than a year?
So I am a little bit rusty here and there around my bones and joint.

I am so glad that Luis can direct!
Most of the photographer I worked with, don't usually tell you how to pose and angle, they assumed you should know. I guess most people who have never really done professional modelling before wouldn't much know how to.

ANGLES are really IMPORTANT you know!
The worse part is when your photographer doesn't tell you you looks like shit in the photo.

I like it that I get to look at my photos before moving on to the next one, & I like it when I have some say in the photos instead of shooting blindly.

WELL!
I think with me talking so much about him, you probably want to know more.
He started out in 2008 as a freelance photographer, and had been exposed to wide range of photography. He particularly likes taking portrait as well as photos for wedding actual day.

So if you want great pictures like me. You can actually look for him, he's good.

Now I have nice updated portfolio pictures! The whole shoot was an enjoyment!
#Fun #Awesome

THANK YOU LUIS!

Sunsilk Academy Fantasia

I was invited by HP to Sunsilk Academy Week 3's concert held at Dragonfly bar, St James Power station on the 28th July, Saturday afternoon.

The whole event lasted from 3.30pm to 6pm.

I am lucky to be able to have the chance to take a real look at the contestants and hear them sing. I particularly like Hui Xian, Jessie, and ET's singing.
The 3 judges for this week are Taiwanese Dr. Moon and 小胖老师 as well as Billy Koh.

The best part was I heard Taiwanese Singer Lala 徐佳莹 is making an appearance. She sang one of the song, 不難, from her latest release. OH! Melted by her vocal! Simply nice.

A Taiwanese-lover like me was even happier and was really looking forward to the whole event.  The key here that is, she's from Taiwan!

People like putting pictures of Lala. But I think a video is better for those who don't know who she is.

The contestants are suppose to sing R&B genre song for this round.
Phil & Natalie got booted out from the competition because of  low votes from the audience. The votes have huge percentage of contribution to the whole score which is pretty unfair.
Both of them sang well that afternoon. And Phil impressed me with his Mandarin and the way he speaks them. It's so funny and adorable. One of the Judges told him to join 星光大道. Haha!
Oh well I think he should!

Talking about singing, Jun Yang & Zhi Lin shouldn't be in the game.

So here teaches us a lesson, VOTE for who you think should deserve the stay.

Each vote cost $0.60. Find out how to at www.sunsilkacademyfantasia.com .
